www.crowleyspharmacy.com is a site operated by AR Pharmacies Limited (“We”). We are registered in Ireland under company number 538603 and have our registered office at 27 Cork Rd, Midleton, Cork. Our main trading address is Market Square, Dunmanway, Co Cork. Our VAT number is 3243531SH.

We are regulated by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.

However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninnterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. Confidentiality

We guarantee the confidentiality of your details. Under no circumstances will these be given to any other third party and shall be used for order processing only. Details will be placed on our own mailing list unless otherwise requested.

Sale of Medicines

There are strict guidelines in place with regard to internet supply of medicines. When completing a transaction, the purchaser confirms that they are over 18 years of age, that the purchaser is aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging, and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchaser’s own treatment. The guidelines require that each transaction is personally reviewed by a pharmacist and they personally supervise and authorise the supply. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval by one of our pharmacists. We are unable to supply / ship medicines outside the Republic of Ireland.

Record Keeping

A record or each transaction for non-prescription medicine will be retained for two years from the date of purchase.

Transaction details include:

  • (1) The date of the transaction
  • (2) The name and quantity of the product obtained, and
  • (3) The name and address of the person to which the medication was supplied

Price of Goods

The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for www.crowleyspharmacy.com products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account any increase in our supplier’s prices, change a special offer price back to its original or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Discounts and Offer Codes

All discount and offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. In order for the discount to be applied the offer code must be entered into the discount code area in the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Discounts cannot retrospectively be applied to orders once they are placed.

Discounts cannot be combined and only one discount code per order can be used.

Items already reduced, that display a reduced price and selected brands’ are excluded from discount offers. (‘these brands are subject to change at any time)

All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability, in the event of goods being temporarily out of stock an advice note will be sent by email and goods will be dispatched as soon as available. If the goods are not delivered after 20 days a credit note will be issued which may be used against any future orders within 6 months.

Any order of any products, shall not exceed six units of the same reference.

Order Processing

Once you have finished shopping you will go through to our secure checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order, once complete you will the be issued with an order number and confirmation of your order by email. We utilise the latest in customer friendly shopping procedures, reinforced with a reliable and secure checkout processing system by AbCommerce. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment on the same day whenever possible.

Payment

We currently use Elavon as our online payment gateway. Elavon are able to process transactions using most card types. All prices displayed within the store include VAT where applicable

Delivery

For delivery terms and delivery rates please see our deliveries tab. Orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through our courier. Should there be a delay in processing your order for any reason - you will be notified immediately. All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.

We promise the utmost confidentiality and discretion with your order. All orders of a sensitive nature are packaged in plain packaging. All our outer packaging on deliveries of a sensitive nature is non-descript padded mail packs or parcels with no company advertising or logos. We aim to get your order into the next collection available after your order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery.

Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket order number. Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.

Claims

When you purchase online, you have statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must only be retuned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

Accordance with Specification

Many of the products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

Safety

If any manuals or safety instructions are provided with the products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms and contained therein at all times. Any information contained on the website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the website is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use of the materials available through the website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

Order Forms

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors’ contact information (such as their email address), unique identifying information (such as user name and password). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Unique identifiers (such as user name and password) are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user’s identity and for use in establishing and identifying account numbers in our record system. All transaction details are kept secure and are stored for a minimum of two years.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All Web servers are behind a firewall and monitored. To protect identity and combat fraud, all customers are required to provide accurate information during the registration process and/or order processing. Not Happy With Your Purchase?

No problem. We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of order. Just email customerservice@crowleyspharmacy.com . Or call us on (023) 8845471. If we have already dispatched the product, it needs to be returned to us at the address below before refund can be applied. Once we receive goods in original packaging and condition we will process refund. Please note the speed the refund hits your account will depend on your credit card company.
