How To Use

After your course of antibiotics take two capsules daily for 3 days, and then one capsule daily each day thereafter.
Take up to one hour after a meal.
Do not consume with hot or acidic drinks.
Capsule may be opened and emptied into water, milk or yoghurt.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
