Sona B Complex contains a number of essential B Vitamins including Biotin, Cyanocobalamin (B12), Niacin (B3), Pyridoxine (B6), Riboflavin (B2) and Thiamin (B1) in a well-balanced time release formulation which ensures sustained release throughout the day.

How To Use

Adults: Take one tablet daily with the main meal, or as directed by your health professional.
