Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using Canesten.
Internal - with the help of the applicator, insert the pessary as high as possible into the vagina before going to sleep at night.
A discharge may appear - this is completely normal.
External - apply the cream thinly and evenly to the area around the entrance of the vagina and smooth in gently.
