Which lozenge do I need?
If you smoke more than 30 cigarettes per day use Nicotinell 2mg lozenge.
If you smoke 20–30 cigarettes per day you can use Nicotinell 1mg or 2mg lozenge depending on your preference.
If you smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day use Nicotinell 1mg lozenge.

You are more likely to quit smoking when using this product with help from your pharmacist, doctor, a trained counsellor, or a support programme. For adults over 18 years of age. Read the package leaflet carefully before use. For oromucosal use.

When starting treatment, 1 lozenge may be sucked every 1 to 2 hours. Most people suck 8–12 lozenges a day.
The maximum daily dose is 15 lozenges.
Do not chew or swallow the lozenge.
Nicotinell sucking technique:
Suck one lozenge slowly until taste becomes strong.
Rest the lozenge between your gum and cheek.
Suck again when taste has faded.
Suck the lozenge slowly so it remains whole for about 30 minutes.
