Noise X Silicone Multi purpose Ear Plugs are perfect for blocking out noise and helping you get some sleep, they can help stop your ears popping when flying.

Made from soft silicone, they are very comfortable to wear and the plastic storage case keeps them to hand to whenever you need them.

1 - Shape the ear protectors into a cone, place in front the ear canal and gently press. Use entire earplug, don't split it 2- Do not insert into the ear canal. Remove : To avoid damaging the ear canal, remove slowly pulling the earplug out of the ear.
