For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200 ml of water, and drink 3-6 years : Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips Sports & Exercise : Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. drink before , during and after exercise.
