For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200 ml of water, and drink 3-6 years; Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips Sports & exercise : dissolve 2 Tablets in 500 ml water. Drink before , during and after exercise.
