O.R.S Sport electrolyte tablets add an electrolyte mix to water that replaces what you lose when you sweat and allows your body to rapidly absorb fluids and stay hydrated for longer
O.R.S Sport also contains Magnesium and Vitamin D to reduce fatigue and support efficient muscle function as well as fast hydration. 

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and helps reduce tiredness & fatigue

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function

To maintain the body's fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml of water. Adults and 12+ years: Drink 500ml before during and after exercise. Maximum dosage : 2 tablets/ day. Do Not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well - balanced diet.
