These insoles contain 3000+ shock-absorbing gel nodules for pressure relief and added cushioning. The breathable gel design and anti-slip technology prevents wrinkling in shoes.

Simply cut to your size using the printed cutter guideline.
Insert into your shoes with cloth side up.
It is recommended to replace the insoles every 6 months or sooner if showing signs of wear.
Recommended for machine wash at 40°.
Dry flat, away from direct heat.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must only be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
