Plant sterols have been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. 

1. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 1.5-3.0g plant sterols daily . Two Zerochol Cardio 1 + tablets contain 1.5g plant sterols. 
2. Heart disease has multiple risk factors and you may need to change more than one to lower overall risk. Zerochol  Cardio+ contains plant sterols, which lower serum cholesterol levels by decreasing cholesterol absorption in the small intestine. 

Take 2 tablets daily with the main meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The total dietary intake of added plant sterols ( from food or supplements with added plant sterols) should not exceed 3g and intake of monacolins from red yeast rice should be less than 3mg daily.
